Complaints Procedure

We aim to have satisfied patients and to resolve any complaints efficiently, effectively and politely. If we've fallen short, please let us know - we take complaints seriously and use them to improve our care and service.

Our Approach to Complaints

We take complaints seriously. We investigate them in a full and fair way, take great care to protect your confidentiality, and learn from them to improve our care and service. We will never discriminate against patients who have made a complaint, and we're happy to answer any questions about this procedure.
If you're not entirely satisfied with any aspect of our care or service, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address your concerns promptly. We accept verbal complaints as well as written ones.
